RAM is proud to recently have sponsored the Downtown Hoedown in Detroit. This event is Detroit’s largest country music festival and took place Friday, June 5 and Saturday, June 6. RAM was present at the festival and let patrons take a test drive in one of their award winning vehicles. Keep reading for more information.
Patrons attended the music festival at the new 20-acre West Riverfront Park, which is part of the city’s RiverWalk plan to revamp 5.5 miles of riverwalk into parks and public spaces. County music artists like Darius Rucker and Rascal Flats headlined the event and brought the Downtown Hoedown to life.
While enjoying the melodies of these popular country artists, attendees were able to participate in the RAM Off-road Experience in a RAM 1500, RAM 2500, or RAM 3500. The test track was an obstacle course to let drivers experience the RAM truck capabilities. There was a 30-degree wedge to demonstrate traction, rocks and logs to show off articulation and stability, bumps to show suspension as well as a few other features.
