Are you interested in leasing one of our Dodge, Jeep®, Chrysler, or RAM models, but are unsure of where to start and how to make the most out of the situation? Our team at Jake Sweeney Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM knows all the ins and outs of leasing and can help you have the best leasing experience possible.
What Is Leasing?
Leasing is far different than financing, since you lease a vehicle with the intention of returning it at some point. For this reason, there are many things to look out for when leasing a vehicle, such as mileage caps and potential wear and tear.
What to Expect with a Lease
When you sign up for a lease agreement, you’ll typically be constrained to mileage caps. Every lease agreement is different, and so is the amount of miles they expect you to put on the vehicle. Knowing how much you plan to drive before signing the lease agreement can go a long way in bettering your leasing experience. If you expect to drive beyond the predetermined mileage cap, expect to pay additional fees when the lease ends.
Another thing that we suggest when leasing a car is to be wary of any wear and tear. If you’re leasing a new Jeep Wrangler, we don’t recommend going off-roading. Wear that comes in the form of scratches, dings, and dents can lead to more fees at the end of the lease, which can directly counteract the cost-effective benefits of leasing a car.
If you’re looking to lease a vehicle and are unsure of how to start, our Cincinnati Jeep dealers are more than happy to help. At Jake Sweeney Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, we make it our goal to meet and exceed all of your expectations.
