At Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep® Dodge RAM, we pride ourselves in fulfilling all of our customers’ car and service needs. We are a leading Jeep dealer in the Cincinnati area and are looking forward to the possibility of having the rumored hybrid Jeep Wrangler enter our showroom.
Recently, Jeep confirmed that they would be introducing a hybrid Jeep Wrangler in 2020. They also announced that they’d begin producing the plug-in hybrid electric engine in their Toledo Machining Plant in Ohio. This new electric option will include a power inverter module and an integrated dual charger module. This combined module is expected to be situated between the exhaust and the drive shaft.
Providing a hybrid plug-in option could revolutionize the outdoor utility vehicle market and make the Jeep Wrangler more ecologically friendly. The 2020 Jeep®Wrangler is rumored to be able to switch between traditional fuel power and all-electric power to boost fuel efficiency. This means you won’t have to struggle to off-road using all-electric power. While Jeep has yet to announce what kind of engine will be utilizing this hybrid system, it is likely the automaker will use the same 3.6-liter V6 engine that is used in the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. Regardless of how they decide to layout this hybrid option, the 2020 Jeep Wrangler is bound to be a pleasant surprise.
While the 2020 Jeep Wrangler may not be here quite yet, there are still plenty of other Jeep models worth viewing at our dealership. Jake Sweeney is one of the premier Jeep car dealerships in the area, and our vast selection of Jeep vehicles is bound to impress when you stop by our lot.
