The AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Awards are given based on consumer feedback. Over 66,000 owners of new 2015 model year cars and light trucks respond to a survey that asks about 50 separate attributes like interior comfort, fuel economy, and performance. After the responses are collected AutoPacific decides which vehicles are the overall winners in each segment. This award is celebrating its 19th year and is highly respected in the auto world.
