FCA US LLC recently reported their January vehicle sales. Over the entire month they sold a total of 145,007 units. Jeep® was one of the FCA US LLC brands that performed the best in January. Their sales were up 23 percent. For Jeep brand this is the best January sales performance ever and the 16th consecutive month of year-over-year sales gains. This has been the case for the past three months. Keep it up Jeep!
Some of the Jeep vehicles that sold well include: the Jeep Cherokee, the Jeep Wrangler, the Jeep Patriot and the Jeep Compass – each logging their best ever sales in the month of January. The Jeep Cherokee did the best, increasing sales by 44 percent. This vehicle’s Trailhawk trim level was recently named the “Four Wheeler of the Year” by Four Wheeler magazine.
January was one more month added to the year-over-year sales gains, making it the 58th-consecutive month.
“We kicked off 2015 with a 14 percent increase in sales and extended our year-over-year sales streak to 58-consecutive months,” said Reid Bigland, Head of U.S. Sales. “In spite of some tough 2015 comparisons, we remain confident in our ability to post year-over-year sales increases on the back of strong retail demand for our products.”
