During the month of March, FCA US LLC sold a total of 197,261 units. This is an increase of two percent and made it the best March sales since 2007, which is definitely something to get excited about. Want to know which vehicle sold the best last month? Keep reading for more information.
Dodge did exceptionally well last month, with two of its vehicles having their best month sales ever! The 2015 Dodge Journey posted the best sales month ever, selling a total of 9,222 units and the 2015 Dodge Dart sold 9,572 units. For the 2015 Dodge Dart that was a 56 percent increase and the largest percentage sales gain of any Dodge vehicle during March.
Dodge also had three vehicles recognized by TAWA’s annual Texas Auto Roundup. The 2015 Dodge Charger R/T Scat Pack was named the Full-size Sedan of Texas, the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat was named the Performance Coupe of Texas and the 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat was named the Performance Sedan.
“March was a tough month, yet we were able to extend our year-over-year sales streak to an even 60-consecutive months,” said Reid Bigland, Head of U.S. Sales. “Five years of consecutive monthly year-over-year sales increases is a great symbol of FCA’s commitment to continuous improvement and a tremendous source of pride for our entire organization.”
