Have you seen the new 2015 Dodge Challenger? If you’ve been paying attention to the 2014 New York Auto Show you’ve definitely heard the buzz. Sticking to its retro roots the 2015 Dodge Challenger can’t be missed when it drives by. And the bright green color isn’t the only thing that is fresh and new, the vehicle receives revised exterior and interior design.
The cabin is very similar to the 2015 Dodge Charger that we talked about last week. You will see the aluminum stamped, high-sill center console that is straight out of 1971. This will house additional controls for the Uconnect touchscreen and an SD card slot, USB outlet and auxiliary audio input. There is also an instrument panel, electronic shifter and leather high performance seats. Drivers can also choose from 14 different color and trim options which include Alcantara suede, Houndstooth premium cloth and Radar Red or Pearl.
We talked a little bit about technology inside the vehicle but this vehicle will receive other upgrades like Keyless Enter n’ Go with push button start and safety technology like adaptive cruise control, Blind-spot Monitoring, Forward Collision Warning, and Rear Cross Path detection – that’s only naming a few.
Another exciting addition for the 2015 Dodge Challenger is the eight-speed automatic transmission. This is a segment first and will deliver precise precision and fuel efficiency.
So, have we enticed you enough? We’ll let you know when the 2015 Dodge Challenger arrives at Jake Sweeney Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Until then you are always welcome to swing by this Cincinnati area Dodge dealer to check out the new and pre-owned Dodge vehicles we have on our lot.
