FCA US LLC is excited to announce that two Dodge vehicles recently lead their segments in the J.D. Power 2015 U.S Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout study, also known as APEAL. The Dodge Charger, for the fifth year in a row was recognized in the Large Car segment and the Dodge Challenger ranked highest in the Midsize Sporty Car segment for the fourth time in five years. The APEAL study is celebrating 20 years and has earned the respect in the auto world. Based on customer feedback on 77 vehicle attributes of new 2015 model year vehicles, this study measures how gratifying a new vehicle is to own and drive. After 90 days of ownership new owners are sent a survey. According to J.D. Power, “the most appealing vehicles have greater owner loyalty, command higher transaction prices and spend less time on dealer lots before purchase.” So a big thank you to our loyal customers for choosing us and filling out their surveys!
